Waterspirit is holding the community in Monmouth County and amplifying facts as they come out about the suspected cancer cluster in Keyport, NJ. We did share about the arsenic clumps that washed ashore in 2024.
Join Waterspirit for a Community Crisis meeting TONIGHT, 7/30/26 at 6:30PM, 55 Walnut Street, Keyport, NJ. Listen to affected resident turned community advocate, Sal Liguori and our Public Policy & Justice Organizer on WBAI radio share more HERE.
Since the Climate Cafe Waterspirit and partners held earlier this month to help residents dealing with the suspected cancer cluster news, reporting of tested toxicity levels has come out this week, affirming fears. Findings reveal the presence of cancer causing benzene, lead, 1,4, dioxane, PFAS, etc., a “witches brew” of toxicity as Eric Landskroner, News12NJ remarked during an Ask Governor Sherrill segment earlier this week.
