On the day when most Americans are heading to the mall, we are heading to the beach and we want you to join us.

We begin by exploring the maritime forest. We share a few mindfulness practices and learn more about this unique habitat. At the end of the walk we exit the forest and walk onto the sandy beach. We will enjoy a small water ceremony before returning to the parking area.
